About the package
East Bali are palm groves on the slopes of dense forests below the sacred volcano Agung, these are quiet beaches, coastal islands, pristine coral reefs and emerald rice terraces. The east coast was also the regency of Karangas, famous for its textile production and ritual battles, leaving behind temples and famous water palaces in Ujung. A human hand reached for this paradise in the 1970s and destroyed a large part of the beautiful beaches with construction, yet there were still a few places to defend themselves. Amankila will become your own kingdom, in which you will have palm trees, terraces and water. The suites with thatched roofs shine inconspicuously through the dense greenery and here and there you can see impressive columns from the sea. A flood of plumeria and hibiscus lines the paths and buildings created by rice-inspired architect Ed Tuttle, who has located the main pools on three terraces overlooking the Strait of Lombok and the pristine beach. There is a cave hidden in a mysterious area with a Hindu palace, which can be visited during a walk in the area, which can be a romantic obsession Tirta Sari Bali, from where you can picnic banana groves, Amak Bay and rice fields. Amankali is also ready to explore the area thanks to its own boats, which sail twice a day to the sparsely populated island of Nusa Penida with a number of romantic beaches and breathtaking views from its highest points.
If you prefer the homely atmosphere of Amankali, you can fully enjoy the privacy of the beach club, scuba diving and snorkelling with your own guide. The restaurant serves dishes based on local recipes, its own herb garden and fruits and vegetables harvested under the Agung Mountain. The result is a great ginger beer, local arrack or mangosteen cocktail. Thanks to the pink and other floral essences, the chakras will open for you in the spa and yoga will get you in balance, whichever you choose. Your suite is a haven decorated with mother-of-pearl furniture and coconut shells, an impressive terrace with a relaxing corner from which the surrounding nature can be absorbed with all your senses. The rustle of the sea, the singing of birds, the magical night sky dotted with stars or the amazing sunrises that is Amankila, where no wish is unfulfillable.
