With its airy garden and good quality facilities the hotel is a good budget alternative to luxury beach hotels in Qatar. The public beach, golf club, modern shopping malls and traditional souk are all within easy reach. The hotel is also super friendly to pets, which is not so common in the Gulf.
Surrounded by a bustle of city life, this large hotel in a residential area is surrounded by many shopping malls and cafes. It is a popular venue for diverse conferences, but lovers of relaxation will also be pleased. The big advantage is a large garden with heated swimming pools and an outdoor whirlpool, where you can enjoy music as well as sports facilities including two large gyms, tennis, badminton and squash courts, volleyball and basketball courts and a spa center. The golf club is easily accessible by taxi. The hotel has a shopping gallery whilst more traditional shopping opportunities await you in Doha's old town or in the modern Villago shopping center, which is a 15-minute drive away and includes an inseparable boat ride in Venice style. Radison has 19 restaurants and bars where you can sample local, European, Japanese, Moroccan and other specialties.

It's been only a few hours since our arrival from Qatar and the UAE. I would like to thank you on behalf of our family for the exquisite level of service. Everything was perfectly organised and prepared. We didn't encounter a single issue. The Banana Island Resort was flawless and its services were on really high level - I would give it 6 stars if I could. We felt really good there and now we regret that we didn't prolong our staythere. The resort was beautiful and so kid friendly! Thank you so much for the resort recommendation and organisation of our vacation!! To be absolutely honest there was only one slight disapointment and that was our hotel in Ajman (UAE). Comparing it to the Banana Island we felt the employees' approach was not that good but that's not your fault. It iritated us when they would try to make up ou beds at 7 o'clock in the morning etc. For that reason we wouldn't stay there again. Last but not least my wife was very touched by the flowers and welcome message you prepared upon our arrival to Dubai. Overall the vacation was great and despite the negatives in Fairmont Hotel we are taking away only memories.
In future we will be glad to use your services again.
