The hotel has been offering accommodation since 2016. It is another in a series of new modern hotels that have grown in a residential area near the Emirates Golf Club and the adjacent Emirates Hills. There is a dense area around the hotel, in which the Carrefour shopping center, smaller shops and a pharmacy have found their place. The nearest metro station is a comfortable 15-minute walk away, from where you can continue to the Mall of Emirates with the famous ski slope, or on the other hand to Ibn Battuta Mall or the nearest popular JBR public beach. You can get to the beach even faster by taxi, or you can use the hotel's free shuttle bus, which takes guests to Jumeirah Beach once a day. The hotel also has a shuttle bus ran by the Mall of Emirates for all hotels in the area. Guests have at their disposal a main restaurant with an outdoor garden, which offers mainly Lebanese cuisine, a night bar where you can smoke a hookah, and a café where you can buy something small to bite during the day. There is a small rooftop pool next to the sun terrace, and a well-equipped gym. Business travelers have access to a business lounge and can also book a meeting room.
