About the package

Excellent location, quality accommodation and a wide range of services and activities in a very lively area are the reasons to stay at the Delta. Although the hotel is part of Dubai's skyscraper skyline it also guarantees peace and privacy. If you long for fun all you have to do is go to the nearby lively promenade where you can spend memorable moments and enjoy dinner. The promenade provides luxurious services available to all beach visitors. There are nice showers, sanitary facilities, dozens of good restaurants, a jogging track and rest areas with benches. 

The hotel is a half-hour drive from Dubai Airport. It is located between the Dubai Marina and the public beach at the Marina, which is just a comfortable 10-minute walk from the hotel entrance. The nearest boat stop is a 7-minute walk away, and the metro is an 18-minute walk. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to the Mall of Emirates and Dubai Parks at regular intervals.

The Studio which is the basic type of room will surely surprise you with its generous space which includes a sleeping area as well as a living area. Most Studios have a balcony, some have views of the city or the Marina, others offer sea views between the surrounding skyscrapers. From the height of some rooms you can see a cute square next to the hotel with trampolines for children, a basketball court or a swimming pool. The room has equipment that ensures a completely hassle-free stay: hair dryer, ironing set, bathrobe, slippers, scales, kettle, daily replenishment of mineral water and cosmetics in the bathroom. The bathrooms have a shower or bath, bidet, some Studios also have bathrooms for the handicapped guests. The room can accommodate a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children up to 11 years without extra bed or with extra bed at an additional cost.

Like the basic Studios, the Deluxe Studios face four sides with views of the city, the Marina or partly the sea. Unlike the basic Studios, however, the rooms are even more spacious (57 m2) and also include a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, fridge and microwave with dining area. The equipment is the same as in the basic room. Deluxe Studios provide comfortable facilities for a larger family of two adults and two children up to 11 years, which can be accommodated on a sofa, eventually for an extra charge on an extra bed. The Deluxe Studio can accommodate up to 3 adults.

If you want to have exceptional views of Dubai and extravagant accommodation at an affordable price in an exceptional location, then we recommend accommodation in one of the five hotel lofts on the top floors. The two-storey room with a total area of 155 m2 has a living room with a beautiful kitchen on the ground floor, and a cozy bedroom with an adjoining bathroom on the upper floor. High windows rise along the entire length of the walls offer a breathtaking view of all the skyscrapers around. We highly recommend this type of room to newlyweds or anyone looking for an unusual experience, privacy and excellent value for money. A maximum of two adults can be accommodated in the loft.
