Palais Sebban represents everything traditional, unique and typical of Moroccan culture and its connection with the legacy of ancient Rome and Arab Andalusia, to which Morocco has had a close relationship in history. Staying in the palace will take you back in time to ancient Rome.
This hidden gem of the medina is located in the remote and quiet streets of Marrakech. Owners always welcome their guests with fresh orange juice and some treats. Once you enter the riad a completely new world opens up to you. Eight houses have become a paradise for 25 rooms with a beautiful courtyard and a relatively large swimming pool. The reference to the Arab-Andalusian history is evident at first sight and it is unobtrusively complemented by sophisticated elements of ancient classicism. All rooms have been refurbished and feature colors that reflect the Essaouira blue colors, Berber red, Atlas ocher and the olive trees of the surrounding countryside. Rooms are equipped with stylish bathroom, air conditioning, minibar, telephone, safe, bathrobe and Wi-Fi connection. Television is available in the suites, while for the cheaper rooms they are available on demand. Almost all rooms have a private patio. On the main terrace, no guest will miss the beautiful view because it's the place where dinner and other snacks are served. The riad's food is great and there is also a small pool bar serving cocktails. The atmosphere is underlined by subtle music, cooking lessons and oriental dances. The hotel is committed to consistent recycling and use of organic products during operation, which is particularly evident in the Moroccan hammam.

Deluxe rooms are a bit more spacious than the Standard room. In the bathroom there is either a shower or a bath tub and guests can relax in a small living area. This room can accommodate up to two adults.

The smallest and the cheapest room type is 20m2 large and is designed for economical and simple accommodation. Nonetheless facilities of the entire riad are available for guests in these rooms. They are located on the ground floor and feature a dressing room and a small living area, while the bathroom has only a shower. This room type can accommodate up to two adults.

These suites have an area of 40m2 and can comfortably accommodate a third person thanks to the sofa bed. There is also a spacious living area with TV. The bathroom has either a bath tub or a shower. The suite includes a private patio.
Room occupancy 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults
The Suite Terrace is the largest room type of all. Is located on the top floors and has an area of 45m2. It includes a living room with TV, DVD and sofa, a dining room and a private patio. The suite can accommodate up to two children under the age of 18 on extra beds or four adults.
Room occupancy 2 adults and 2 kids or 4 adults
Meals are served a la carte and include both Moroccan specialties and selected international dishes. The hotel organizes private cooking lessons.
