About the package

The former Seychelles hotel Le Meridien Barbarons changed owners in 2015 and now today it is known under the name Avani Seychelles Barbarons Resort. Along with the new brand comes a new fresh design of rooms, renovated public areas and friendly staff. Only the beautiful long white beach remained untouched. Avani is a relatively small resort but you can still spend a pleasant holiday with everything that you would expect from a traditional holiday.

Avani Seychelles Barbarons Resort is located on the west coast of the main island of Mahé. Avani Resort offers a 25-meter pool, spa, kids club and rooms for conferences and celebrations. From the basic room type of rooms, guests have direct access to the beach, in addition, the hotel has 42 rooms with garden views and the same number with ocean views. The total number of rooms is 124. There is a limited number of Ocean View Suites available to families though. The perfect facilities comprise of six dining options, including the possibility of organizing a romantic private dinner on the beach. Local wine, dessert and another small surprise will be prepared for the newlyweds or those celebrating anniversaries.

The cheapest room type has 32-36 m² and is located near the beach and spa on the ground floor or first floor. Guests have a view of the garden from the balcony or terrace. The room in fresh shades of blue is equipped with a DVD and a kettle while wi-fi connection is charged. This room type can be connected and an extra bed can be provided for the child (at an additional cost), most of these rooms have a large king-size bed. The Standard Room can accommodate a maximum of three adults or two adults and one child up to 11 years old without an extra bed on the sofa. During New Year's Eve, the hotel requires a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Clients can book a stay with breakfast, half board or full board with various cuisines being served. Dinners are usually themed. In addition to cocktails, you can also request a hookah in the hotel bar. There are three restaurants in total:

TAMARIND Restaurant: Pan Asian flavors beachside
ELEMENTS Restaurant: International favorites , creole cuisine and daily themed buffets
The Terrace: Signature seafood and barbeque dishes promoting a 4 course seafood set menu under the stars, paired with Nicolas Feuillate Champagne. The Terrace is currently open to both our in- house guests and local residents and we are welcoming bookings.
